Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 October 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Enzo Yerna (Argentina), trading as Lukron ("Lukron", "we", "us" or "our"). They apply to every product we offer, each a "Service":
- CertExpiry (https://certs.lukron.app): Track every certificate of insurance, license and certification for your crew and subcontractors in one list. Get an email before anything expires.
- QuoteFollow (https://quotes.lukron.app): Log every quote you send, and each morning get a short list of who to follow up with today, with the message already written.
- VendorRenew (https://renew.lukron.app): Keep every vendor contract and subscription with its notice deadline in one place. Get warned before the cancellation window closes, not after.
- CheckRegister (https://checks.lukron.app): A simple register of the Working With Children Checks, first aid and other credentials of your staff and volunteers, with an email before each one expires.
By creating an account, starting a trial or subscribing, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you accept them on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business, and "you" means that business.
1. Who can use the Services
The Services are business tools. You must be at least 18 years old and use them for the purposes of a trade, business or profession. Each Service has its own separate account: an account in one Service does not give access to another.
2. What the Services do and do not do
The Services are record-keeping and reminder tools. You enter dates and details; the Services organise them, show what is due and send email reminders and summaries to the people in your workspace. The Services do not:
- verify that any insurance policy, licence, certificate, background check, quote or contract is genuine, current, valid or sufficient;
- check anything with an insurer, issuing body or government authority, or file anything on your behalf;
- give legal, insurance, employment, tax or financial advice;
- contact your customers, vendors, subcontractors or staff. Message templates and one-tap links prepare a message; you choose whether to send it from your own phone or email.
You remain solely responsible for your own legal and contractual obligations, including renewals, cancellations, notice periods and screening requirements.
3. Reminders are an aid, not a guarantee
We work to deliver every reminder on time, but email can be delayed, filtered as spam or rejected by the receiving server, and information can be entered incorrectly. You agree not to rely on the Services as your only means of tracking a deadline. Reminders are only sent to people who have confirmed their email address and have not turned alerts off.
4. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including by team members you invite.
- Tell us promptly at support@lukron.app if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
5. Free trial
New workspaces start with a free trial of 7 days. No payment details are needed. When the trial ends, the product screens are paused until you subscribe. Your data is not deleted, and you can still export it, change your settings and subscribe at any time.
6. Subscriptions, prices and payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- Prices. Each Service's price is shown on its pricing page and at https://pay.lukron.app. Prices are in US dollars. Paddle adds any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you are and shows the total before you pay.
- Billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until cancelled. When you subscribe, you also accept Paddle's buyer terms.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page of the Service. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Paddle will retry it. If it still cannot be collected, the subscription may be cancelled and the product screens are paused, as at the end of a trial.
- Price changes. We will email you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect for your subscription. You can cancel before then.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
7. Plan limits
Each plan includes a maximum number of core records (for example open quotes, documents, contracts or active people), shown on the pricing page. When you reach the limit you can keep using everything you already have, but you cannot add new records until you archive, close or delete others.
8. Your data
You own the data you put into the Services ("Customer Data"). You give us permission to host, copy, process and display Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure and support the Services. You can export Customer Data (CSV) and delete your workspace at any time from Settings.
Customer Data often includes personal information about other people, such as your subcontractors, vendors, customers or staff. You confirm that you have the right to provide it, that you have given those people any notice required by law, and that you will not enter more than you need. For Customer Data, you are the controller and we act as your processor; section 9 applies.
9. How we process Customer Data on your behalf
When we process personal information contained in Customer Data, we:
- process it only to provide the Services and on your documented instructions, which are these Terms and your use of the Services, unless the law requires otherwise;
- make sure everyone with access is bound by confidentiality;
- apply the security measures described in our Privacy Policy;
- use only the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy, and give notice of any change by updating that list;
- help you, as far as reasonably possible, to answer requests from the people the data is about;
- notify you without undue delay, and in any case within 72 hours, after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting your Customer Data;
- delete Customer Data when you delete your workspace, as described in section 13;
- make available the information reasonably needed to show that we meet these obligations.
10. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Services for anything unlawful, or to store data you have no right to store;
- enter sensitive information the Services do not need, such as health information, details of criminal records, or copies of identity documents. A screening check number, status and expiry date is enough;
- use the message templates to send unsolicited or unlawful messages. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to messages you send, such as the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) in Australia, PECR in the UK, CASL in Canada, and the CAN-SPAM Act and TCPA in the United States;
- try to access other customers' data, probe, scan or attack the Services, or get around usage limits or security measures;
- copy, resell or rent the Services, or use them to build a competing product.
We may suspend an account that breaches this section. We will tell you why, unless the law or an ongoing security risk prevents it.
11. Availability, support and changes
We aim to keep the Services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages or events outside our control may cause interruptions. Support is available by email at support@lukron.app. We may improve or change features. If a change significantly reduces a paid feature you rely on, you may cancel and ask for a pro-rata refund of the unused part of the current period.
12. Intellectual property
The Services, including their software, design and content (other than Customer Data), belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription or trial, under these Terms. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
13. Ending the agreement
- You can stop using a Service and delete your workspace at any time from Settings. Deleting the workspace also cancels its subscription.
- We may end these Terms with 30 days' notice by email. We may suspend or end them immediately if you seriously or repeatedly breach them, or if the law requires us to. If we end them without cause, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
- When a workspace is deleted, its data is removed from our live systems immediately and from our backups within 60 days.
- Sections 8 to 10 and 12 to 17 continue to apply after these Terms end.
14. Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, and to the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no other warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data. This includes losses caused by a missed, late or undelivered reminder, a lapsed policy, licence or check, or a missed cancellation or renewal deadline;
- our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you have only used a free trial, it is limited to USD 50.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
16. Australian Consumer Law and other consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), or any similar law, that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the Services are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption, our liability for failing to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited, as the law allows, to supplying the Services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
17. General
- Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. The courts of Argentina have jurisdiction, without depriving you of the protection of any mandatory law of the country where you are based, or of any right to bring proceedings there.
- Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will email account owners at least 30 days before the changes take effect. If you continue to use the Services after that date, the new Terms apply; if you do not agree, you can cancel before then.
- Events outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them to a buyer or successor of the Services, and will give you notice if we do.
- Severability and waiver. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.
- Notices. We send notices to the email address of the account owner. You can send notices to support@lukron.app.
